What is the role of the trustpersons? 

A trustperson is someone you can turn to for a private, judgment-free conversation about anything on your mind, whether it concerns stress, conflict, personal challenges, or issues within or outside VIP. They are there to listen. Everything you share is confidential, and nothing happens without your permission. If you wish, they can also recommend someone better suited to support you further!
