Dear VIP-members,
On the 12th of September it's time for the first general members meeting of the year. During this general members meeting the board of 2016-2017 will present their year report and they will be discharged. The board of 2017-2018 will present their policy plan and the concept of the budget.
The plans will be online at least 24 hours in advance on www.vipsite.nl. The doors of Het Heerenhuis open at 19:00 and the general members meeting will begin at 19:30.
For the committees: make sure that you will be present with at least two committee members!
