Do you want to join a committee, structure of yearrepresentation at VIP during academic year 2020-2021?

On Wednesday 29 April, the online committee market will take place. During this online committee market, you get the chance to gain more information about all the different committees/structures and yearrepresentations of VIP. On this webpage, it is possible to visit the committees online to ask questions about their experiences. Via the links on this webpage, you can join one of the video-call meetings of the committees/structures and yearrepresentations. You can turn off your microphone/camera and only chat if you prefer this. Do whatever feels comfortable for you when visiting the online committee market. 

If you want to join a meeting:

Laptop:

  1. Login to your google account

  2. Go to the URL of the committee you would like to meet

  3. Click on the link of the committee/structure/ year representation you want to join for a Hang-out meeting to get more information.

  4. Wait until your request is accepted, and you will be added to the meeting

  5. Enjoy the online committee market! 

 

Mobile phone:

  1. Dowload the app ‘Hangouts Meet of Google’ 

  2. Go to the website:

  3. Click on the link of the committee/structure/ year representation you want to join for a Hang-out meeting to get more information.

  4. Wait until your request is accepted, and you will be added to the meeting

On the website, you can sign-up for a committee/structure or yearrepresentation via a form. The sign-up opens Friday 10 April until Thursday 30 April 23.59.
