Join for the relaxing event for the first year students on Wednesday 25.10. at 20:00!

Yin yoga is calming and meditative yoga practice. It allows the body to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system and therefore it’s deeply healing and nourishing. In this class, we focus on releasing tension from back, shoulders, and hips. 
Come to take time for yourself and relieve stress before exams!
